Program description
Careful monitoring in a safe environment.
RESADA’s non-medical Withdrawal Management Program—formerly called Social Detox—supports clients through the early withdrawal process. Clinical staff monitor and assess symptoms, provide encouragement, and help each person begin planning the next stage of recovery.
This service is intended for people who are not expected to develop life-threatening withdrawal symptoms and whose needs can be managed without medical intervention. Every person must be screened. If a higher level of medical care is needed, staff will help identify a safer option.
